About Dine Privately

I’m Anna a professionally trained chef who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, Miami, in 2012. Since then, I have dedicated my career to the culinary industry — leading professional kitchens and creating refined dining experiences that celebrate craftsmanship, balance, and authenticity.

My journey has taken me across the world, beginning with the Four Seasons Hotels in Miami and Istanbul, where I mastered the art of precision, hospitality, and international standards of excellence. I went on to refine my skills in acclaimed fine-dining establishments such as La Petite Maison and other globally recognised restaurants, before bringing my expertise to Cape Town, which has been my home for the past eight years. Here, I have collaborated with exceptional venues, including the Cove Collection, continuing to evolve my style and approach.

Having spent many years in Turkey, and travelled extensively through South America, Southeast Asia, and India, I’ve gathered inspiration from diverse culinary traditions — exploring spices, techniques, and local ingredients with the eye of a chef. These global influences now weave naturally into my cooking, shaping menus that are both elegant and deeply personal.

Alongside my culinary training, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management, allowing me to combine creative artistry with professional structure and seamless guest service.

Born and raised in Moscow, I first discovered my love of cooking in my grandmother’s and mother’s kitchen. Their passion for honest, heartfelt food still guides me — inspiring me to craft dishes that connect people, celebrate the seasons, and transform every meal into a memorable experience.
